Careers at Pathways

We are always interested in hearing from qualified pediatric therapists. Contact us if you have any interest in joining the Pathways Center team!

  • Our team consists of more than 30 therapists and administrative professionals who assist more than 200 children annually.
  • Our facility has state of the art equipment that is utilized by our therapists to assist children to achieve the most optimal outcomes.

Our therapists benefit from working with children with a variety of diagnoses in a multidisciplinary setting. Coordination and consultation among disciplines are strongly encouraged. Many of our therapists are NDT-trained and have years of pediatric experience.

Pediatric Occupational Therapists

Ideal candidates will have experience treating infants through young adults with a variety of diagnoses. NDT certification and experience with sensory integration is a plus.

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists

Ideal candidates will have experience treating a variety of ages and diagnoses. NDT certification and experience with feeding and swallowing is a plus. CFY candidates will also be considered.

Pediatric Physical Therapists

Ideal candidates will have experience treating infants through young adults with a variety of diagnoses. NDT certification and experience in an outpatient setting is a plus.
